"In 2006, DRAWERS is created, knowing exactly which style they want to produce: a stoner metal with a sludge accent. The group tries to combine various influences going from Down to Crowbar, Mastodon, Baroness, in other words the right balance between heaviness and speed, fat riffs and melody. What is initially a side project takes a serious momentum in August 2008 when the band records their first EP: THIS IS OIL, released early 2009 with Deadlight Entertainment label. Early 2010 Sam leaves the band and gives from now the microphone to Niko. The line-up is now fixed: Laurent and Alex on the guitars, G on the bass, Olivier behind the drums and Niko for the vocals. Significant work starts to integrate the new singer and prepare tracks for the recording of their debut album " ALL IS ONE " in 2011. Today "ALL IS ONE" is finished, DRAWERS is working hard to spread it out there and hit the concert halls hard."
